How do I capture Microsoft Office Live Meeting's screencasts?

There are instructions on how to record a Live Meeting on the Microsoft Website.

It says in the article:

• By default, only the meeting organizer can record a meeting, but the organizer can give permission to presenters to record the meeting as described earlier in this article.

I guess if you're just an attendee you'll have to ask for the recording or use a third party tool.
