Why too little index on chinese sites from google?

It is really strange that my company website has been release for long time already and I also submit sitemap to google but the index seem very very little (about 300 links only) which is really unbelievable. I do the same for the English portal it has very big index on google.

I just wonder if google has problem with index portal in chinese language with domain .cn?

1, check if your site violates Chinese authorities's interests. 2, check your index @ guge.com or google.com.cn

Try bribing them.

Make sure you have logs in the server, and check for any errors being reported.

Google might be hitting your site and getting errors, that will effectively drop the pages from google.
