Hmm, that's sort of what I want but it looks like you still have to enter in the MD5 hash; I'm looking for something that can parse an appropriately-designed webpage to compare the MD5 hash. But it's a start....

I don't think you'll find such a thing since there's no accepted standard that I'm aware of for placing the hash with the download link.You could theoretically get the source of DTA and make an attempt yourself.
