Git pack file entry format

My reading of the pack file documentation indicates that the last byte of the size (offset 15 in your example) would have the MSB set to 0.

I didn't realize the pack file format was described in the technical docs. I even looked there and didn't find it. Oh well. I guess it was in my blind spot.Thanks!
