Can anyone recommend a IOC Container for C++?

PocoCapsule looks interesting, but it is GPL, which may or may not be OK, depending on what you're building.

It is LGPL so you should be able to use it unencumbered. See the download page.

BTW, thanks for the question and answer! I have been listening the .NET podcasts and have become interested in using IoC, but I am a C++ developer and I didn't have a hope. I will take a look at it.
