I have been developing a webpage locally with IIS and recently I have been getting a random screen when connecting to http://localhost/website that states:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the logon request.
I have stopped and started IIS repeatedly and tried to delete all history and refresh everything and nothing works.
This error is intermittent. What could I be missing?
