I am working full-time on my startup, but haven't registered a company yet. My (would be) company otherwise meets the criteria for BizSpark qualification.

Given that I do not technically have a company yet, do I still qualify for the BizSpark program?

Thanks,

Arun

[2]Startups who are actively engaged in software development but have not yet completed the formalities of establishing a business are also eligible for entry into BizSpark.

From FAQ . My friend has a startup which is enrolled in BizSpark. Go for it. Its a great scheme.

Yes - BizSpark doesn't seem to be too picky about who they enroll. It's a great program and saves startup software companies a TON of money.
