Also, if you're still using PHP 4.4.9, that may be a bigger problem.

Thank you for the reply.When not running CLI the version is 5.2.6.What is the latest CLI version? I was just looking at php.net and I can't tell.

PHP versions are the same for both CGI and CLI - they're just invoked differently, but with the same core. (I think the latest is PHP 5.2.9-2, at least I'm using it right now.)
