Can someone recommend a good tutorial, or example of using Microsoft Biztalk HL7 Accelerator to send and receive HL7 messages? What I can accomplish with Mirth in an hour is taking me much much longer (still not working) using Biztalk 2009 with the HL7 Accelerator.
