Well, one solution is Skype (as a quick and dirty).
I've used this very effectively as a remote CCTV, as for coding I'm not sure whats available.

Pretty simple, you set up two Skpye accounts, then install Skpye on both machines (one on your PC, one on your Iphone) then I *think* you may be able to fool Skpye to accept a video file as a webcam device (this part I'm not sure, as I used a webcam only) I'm sure there are other members who might have a few tricks up their sleeves)Then set up your 'server' account (thats the PC end) to auto pickup, and only from contact list and also start playing video on connect, IN fact I think you can even select video to autoplay on connect, then simply call this account from your iphone! darknight
