how to get i:nil="true" in xml file for null values from sql server instead of xsi:nil="true"

Hi guys, Hope all are doing well. My problem is from sql server 2000 using "for xml path" i am generating xml file and handling null values by using "ELEMENTS XSINIL". Is it possible to convert these xsi:nil="True" attribute i:nill="true" as i need to submit the xml file to another server which is getting error if xml file has xsi:nil attribute in asp.net and if i changes it to i:nil attribute in xml file it is submitting successfully. So. pls. get me a solution to change the attribute xsi:nil="true" to i:nil="true".
