Where could I find some video training courses to learn Agile?

The title express it all.

I 'm willing to learn Agile development, I'm new in this topic. I'm also interested in some of its flavor as Scrum.

I'm wonder if there is a good website where could I find screencasts, webcasts or a training video series about Agile?

I'd suggest watching:

• Scrum methodology (great short and practical intro to Scrum, start here)
• SCRUM in Under 10 Minutes
• Scrum et al., Ken Schwaber
• Scrum Tuning: Lessons learned from Scrum implementation at Google, Jeff Sutherland
• Bay XP Meeting Part 1: Agile Estimation, Mike Cohn
• Bay XP Meeting Part 2: Agile Estimation, Mike Cohn
• Competing On The Basis Of Speed, Mary Poppendieck
• The role of leadership in software development, Mary Poppendieck
• etc etc

This would be a good start. But this won't entirely replace books... and practice.
