International e-commerce is very difficult because each country has a web of customs/tariffs laws and procedures -
there is no central repo of up-to-date data? (or is there I just don't know about)
anyone interested in setting up an open-source API, that could give stores the ability to plugin and give customers the info they need, based on their order?
