Is it possible to not to reuse the itemrenderers on scroll in a datagrid. Instead on scroll datagrid should create the new instances of the itemrenderers?

i have the same problem - only in a tree with an itemrenderer i created which contains an image. while scorlling back and fourth flex reloads the image source every time again and again instead of not reusing the renderers
any ideas?
