How do I go about finding job outside of the local market?

Sorry if this question have bee posted before but I didn't find it.

How do I find job outside of the local market? Recruiter that I talk to either have job opening from the local company or outside company but looking to place worker in the local market.

I'm not sure how i can go about finding job that is outside of where I am but more importantly how do i go to the interview? does company do interview during weekend or holiday?

how about oversea job?

Hi, depends on the Industrie.

As Webdeveloper i would check Message Boards on Online Job Centers to apply for an job oversea. I think there are no interviews at the weekends, but iam sure you can take some days off from your current work ?

I was invited to an job interview to ireland some months ago, they have payed my flight and stay in an hotel, but iam not sure if this is the "normal" way.
