Recommend WPF Localization Tool

Question

Can anyone recommend a good WPF localization tool that will do the following:

• Correctly handle WPF styles
• Can do binary localization, where no source code is available

At least one tool I have tried has failed to generate working satellite assemblies when the source assemblies use WPF styles.

I found a few tools that claim to do WPF:

Sisulizer and Lingobit claim to handle .NET and WPF but only Lingobit would handle WPF styles correctly.

In January 2011: "RC-WinTrans" from Schaudin.com will handle WPF resources truely for binary assembly EXE/DLLs including editing the WPF Windows with a "true" "WPF GUI Editor for Localization".
