Get the modified contextnodes from Microsoft InkAnaylzer

Hi,

I was wondering if there was any way to get only the modified (or new) ContextNodes (word nodes) from the InkAnalyzer. I am trying to recreate something similar to the word suggestion combo boxes in Windows Tablet Input Panel. Does anyone know how I might be able to get only the modified nodes? Thanks in advance for any help.
