Does any one know a good training or course available on Software Globalization?

Carnegie Mellon's Institute of Software Research has a course titled "Global Software Development" for MS and Ph.D. students. It's centered around reading papers and discussions, but it contains some useful references. I didn't get to take it during my studies, but many of the references are solid and very useful.

I would recommend going through webcast "http://msevents.microsoft.com/CUI/WebCastEventDetails.aspx?EventID=1032263735&EventCategory=3&culture=en-US&CountryCode=US".
Even though it is related to Microsoft platform but most of the content is pretty generic and is applicable irrespective of technology.
