Client Server Assembly Missing? Db4Objects 7.4

I have downloaded the current version of Db4Objects (7.4) and installed it. It appears to be missing the Client Server assembly Db4objects.Db4o.CS.dll

Does anyone know if Client Server has changed with this version? If it has, does anyone have some details about creating a simple Server?

Ok found it buried in the documention. It has indeed changed....

Page 1140 (of 1318) has the details of creating a DB server.

Okay, for those of us struggling with the same question, which fine manual did you find the answer in?

More to the point, what was the answer? I'm having problems finding it.

In the reference folder there is a pdf called db4o-reference-net.pdf and the details for creating a DB server are in there. The "chapter" is called Simple db4o server and in the 7.4 version of the docs is page approx 1142 (its not much code) (I'll dig it up and also post the sample server code here)
