Project Management System Script, With SVN, Issue and Time-Sheet Tracking

Hi I run a small IT business and I am a startup. I am looking for a free or open source script to be hosted in Web in my domain that can do the following.

1. Project Planning, Scheduling & Delivery with TODO list.
2. User Management
3. Source Code Version Control System. (SVN Repository with Branching)
4. Issue Tracking
5. Time Tracking/ Time Sheet etc.
6. Email Alerts
7. Wiki & Document Management.

I would like to know if there is all in one Script which takes care of all/Most of the above

We use redmine and are quite happy with it other than the fact that it's a freakin' rails app that takes a freakin' lot of memory to run happily.

Otherwise, it is absolutely perfect for this sort of needs. The various plugins provide good reporting options. We evaluated Trac, but settled on redmine.

Trac has most of those features and it can be extended with plugins.
