I don't know of any F# resources, but I was told F# is strongly related to OCaml. Thus, if you have trouble finding example code in F#, you may want to at least get some ideas by looking at OCaml code.

A very enlightening read is the F# source code that ships with F# itself (I'm talking about the CTP addon). A few refreshing dives into FSharp.Core, or the power pack, have given me lots of inspiration and a deeper understanding of how the language works.
