How do i make a header en gettext .po files?

Question

I found most of the structure of .po files here: http://www.gnu.org/software/gettext/manual/gettext.html#PO-Files But it doesn't say anything about how to set a header.

Found out the way to set the charset is as simple as putting "Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf8" in the file.
