What tool do you use as a web developer?

As a web developer there are a number of languages that most of us are usually familiar with Ruby, PHP, HTML, Javascript, etc... I want to know what programs you frequently use to code in? Even if it's NotePad, I'm interested...

I really depends on what you are programming in. If you are using C#/VB.Net to do ASP.Net development, you would surely use Visual Studio .Net. If you use PHP, there's many tools you can use including Zend Studio, Eclipse, and Netbeans. If you're doing more design oriented stuff, and less so for web applications, you can use Adobe Dreamweaver.
