Productivity impacts of working in a "secure" environment?

Many programmers have security clearances and work in "secure" facilities, offices, etc. To all of you working in such an environment, what impacts does it have on your productivity, if any?

Countless hours spent activating windows licenses by phone.

Countless hours wasted ferrying data between the secure and open network using usb-sticks and other removable storage.

The pain of not having access to the internet for reference material. Moving to another workstation to check a syntax of some command is annoying as hell.

Of course, the security in my case is required but it does have a productivity cost.

The necessary discipline goes up because you have to be at work to be at work. Not that I've done much of this, but the one time I worked with data that couldn't leave the site it was the necessity of going onto site to do anything at all that really pained me.
