Does any one knows which software process models are used by Google and Yahoo. And What is the difference in Yahoo and Google's software processes?

No direct experience, but as suspected it's an Agile/Lean type of process which engenders speed and nimble processes, necessary to meet the demands of a very fluid product environment.
A couple of references are:
Given the number of products that Google outputs, it's research projects and the skunk works projects it makes sense that they would utilise a Scrum/Agile/XP model for development.
