Grid like tables components for Flex/Air

I'm looking for some king of components which will be more powerful then current Datagrid and AdvDataGrid in Flex SDK. I need Paging, Filtering, Dynamic Loading, On Cell Validation, Lookup Field from another resulset and some other features which related to working with database tables and views. We can develop all that ourselves, but we want to save time and use/buy third party components.
