I'm looking for a course (preferably video, much preferably) like MIT's video course on Compiler Construction. Can someone point me to some decent resources or help material (preferably video)?

I'm missing something. You're looking for video lectures on compiler construction, like MIT's video lectures on compiler construction. I'd suggest MIT's video lectures on compiler construction then; did you mean to ask about video lectures for some other topic that MIT doesn't have posted?

I can't help but notice that only half of the lectures seem to be available in video format.

If you can catch it somewhere, Walter Bright has a few times done a Compiler Construction seminar. Given that he's written several compilers and developed a programing language, I'd say they are well worth a consideration.
Unfortunately, I don't know if he's ever been taped or if you can get it by any means other than in person.
