CVS tools for repo monitoring on windows?

Question

I sometime use the very simple but effective svncommitmonitor, http://tools.tortoisesvn.net/CommitMonitor to monitor activity. It's easy to see in the sys tray on a windows box and I've become used to it by now.

So, is there a similar/identical tool for CVS. Some googling and to my surprise I couldn't find one.

Any tips?
