Not that I know of, but it should be possible to run both OSs in a virtual machine like Virtualbox or Microsoft Virtual PC.
New answer:
Since I wrote this answer, I found out that older Windowses are not well supported by the leading Virtual Machines. A specialized emulator solution like DOSBox may work better - check out details in this question.
