No, I'm not talking about learning programming language. I'm talking about application like Rosetta Stone or Babble. In both applications, we can find that in learning languages (well, in learning any topics perhaps), there are several components like presenting the lesson and generating questions (presenting quizes).
I am wondering if there are APIs available that I can use to help me create several flows for a learning application. I'm thinking something that can help me arranging when to present the material and when to present the question related to the learning material.
I know it would be small chance. I'm just curious if there are really something like that out there, whether it's free or not.
