i have hosting in server with h-shpere control panel when i tray to upload image to a folder image it gives me Access to the path 'C:\hshome\atceegyp\atce-egypt.org\pic\bbb46.jpg' is denied.
i get into web directories setteings and allow read and wirite to the root but nothing happend gives me the same eror
