Is there any good Cairngorm Tutorial or Guideline I can start with?

First, Cairngorm 3 isn't a MVC framework so there is no "tutorial" for it.
Cairngorm 3 is a set of guidelines, tools and libraries to build robust (enterprise) applications.

I thought Cairngorm 3 included the Cairngorm 2 MVC Framework unchanged. IS that wrong? If not, then any tutorials on Cairngorm 2 would probably satisfy the original posters request.

Cairngorm 3 doesn't include any MVC framework. See the framework paragraph here : http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/cairngorm/CairngormTools

Although not updated, the de facto tutorial on Cairngorm is on the Adobe Site.
I did a series of articles on Cairngorm; here is the first one.
You could also check out CairngormDocs.org.
I'm not sure I'd consider any resource a step by step tutorial, though.
