Does anyone happen to know any companies that hire interns for a one month period (month of January)? My school has what is called a winter-term - a month long program where students are allowed some sort of academic freedom by giving the student the opportunity to do things such as study abroad, stay on-campus, start an independent study or get an internship.
I wasn't sure if companies did winter internships and my google search didn't bring me much help. Anyone know? I was hoping to possibly land an internship this winter term - somewhere in software development - that could maybe roll-over to a summer internship.
Any help? Also, if there is a more appropriate place to post this online, could anyone point me that way? Thanks a bunch.
