Cruise Control on windows with visual studio 2008 problem in compilation of assembly

I'm receving this error in Cruise Control:

error xpto.cs(8,7): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'xpto' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

After build my project. What I need to solve that?
