Java mobile tutorials?

Hi,

I want to write some mobile apps for my phone, so I was wondering: are there any good tutorials out there for programming Java on a mobile phone? I'm mostly interested in writing for my LG CU720, but anything generic is also good.

I have plenty of programming experience - several programming competitions (C++), 3(?) years of Python, a summer (current) writing VB.NET, as well as a Java class that I aced (and was kinda bored with, TBH) last semester.

You can check out: http://efforts.embedded.ufcg.edu.br/ they have quite a number of well written tutorials for programming mobile phones using Java ME, Flash Lite, Qt (C++) etc.
