I started my first graduate job couple of days ago, but I'm quite surprised and a frustrated. My mentor is a person who has been working in the company for couple of months. He is really nice guy but I can see he is also frustrated, and my manager seems to be ok with it. I was going to raised this issue along other ones but I thought there is no point of me doing this because everyone else doesn't care. It looks like this is just my team, as other teams are much better organised. I'm giving it couple more weeks and if things won't change I have to think what to do next. I would like to hear your opinion, what do you think about this? Is it something common in that filed or I just had a bed luck?

I would wait it out for a little while. You wouldn't really want to start complaining about much right away since you are the new egg. I would let it develop a little and maybe the situation will improve. If not, then consider speaking up.
