How to achieve T.E.D.D.Y. application like functionality in iphone?

Hello all, I want to create an application like this T.E.D.D.Y in iPhone. Any help regarding this will be very much appreciated. I am very confused where should i start from? Does someone knows any algorithm to achieve this functionality?
