I'm relatively new to the MacOS X platform, so I'm still missing my Windows tools, right now the (graphical) FTP client. Google told me there were many of them, not which are good. I'm looking for common tasks support: view folders, download/upload files one by one or by batches, re-orderable down/up queues, pause/resume and some kind of 'favorites' with password saving+initial directory setup.

Oh and I'm using Snow Leopard (MacOS X 10.6.*), so it must work nice with the beast.

http://cyberduck.ch/ is great.

Cyberduck is a libre, open source FTP, SFTP, WebDAV, Cloud Files, Google Docs and Amazon S3 browser for the Mac.

Looks just like what I'm looking for, I'm trying it right now.FileZilla looked too much a multiplatform tool, not very MacOS-like.

Tested, very nice. Properly integrated with Finder, Keychain Access, etc... I'm keeping it!

Yea, it's great!

The commercial alternative to Cyberduck is Panic software's Transmit.

It's probably the prettiest, most native looking client, but it's worth reading the comments on this review.

There's also ForkLift - which is more strictly focused just on FTP.

It sure looks awesome. I will continue using Cyberduck for a while, it seems to have all the features I need, I just got to make it play nice with my hoster's FTP server (which is very restrictive on connection count).

I think if I'd had Cyberduck first, I may have stuck with it - as you say, it does most of what you need from an FTP client, and is 'native enough'.
