Job Ad. What does this mean: NET Web Developer, VSB, SQL, QA, object-oriented frameworks

I seen this in a want ad.

"NET Web Developer, VSB, SQL, QA, object-oriented frameworks"

What is "VSB" and "QA" in this context?

I am then asked to answer:

"Please detail your experience with object-oriented frameworks and rapid application development"

Experience with "Object Oriented Frameworks?"

Is OO a "framework?"

I am a C# and VB.NET developer that is familiar with OO concepts but I never thought of it as a framework.

QA = Quality Assurance - The systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project. in this case, the program.

Object Oriented Frameworks = Frameworks that are Object Oriented (OO). C# is a OO language. ASP.Net is a OO framework for the language. All those "using" lines load in parts of, or complete frameworks for you to code for.
