Tool to Draw Extend ER (with inheritance)

Is there any tool to draw E(xtended)ER diagram with inheritance in a form of generalization/specialization?

I use E/R studio from Embarcadero software and I absolutely love it.

It is a little pricey, but the product is fantastic.
