Hi, No doubt, the programmer's job is quite unique: it's creative as you implement new stuff so you can then see and try the results of your efforts. It's challenging as you often have to use different technologies, solve complex problems. It can make you learn a lot if you'd like to be valuable or just interested. It's also quite geeky and technical. Please, forget about all the drawbacks in the industry for now. I'm interested if there is some other jobs with similar features. If one decides to leave the industry where else they can fine the similar mix of creativity/tech ?
