Matlab: Find range of x, given a set of inequalities

I have a set of inequalities ( the mathematical question is expressed at math.stackexchange), and I am looking at the appropriate matlab toolbox that can do it.

Is there a toolbox in Matlab that finds the range of x, given that y(x) is subjected to an inequality?

But since I'm not exactly sure what is the name of this problem, therefore I don't know where to look in the documentation in Matlab. Anyone knows what is the name of this type of problem, and what are the Matlab function I can use to solve the problem?
