Microsoft Expression with Flash Builder

Question

I wanted to poll the group if it might be a good idea to use Microsoft Expression with Flash Builder- any significant advantages sticking with Adobe Creative Suite? My need is to create vector graphics and basic animation like stickman

Reason for looking at Microsoft Expression is availability of licenses via BizSpark.
