I have created SIP Trunks for Incoming settings and Outgoing settings as mentioned below:

 **Outgoing settings** are
  authuser=miracletelxxx
  context=from-pstn
  canreinvite=yes
  dtmf=rfc2833
  dtmfmode=rfc2833
  fromdomain=in1.miracletel.com
  fromuser=miracletelxxx
  username=miracletelxxx
  host=in1.miracletel.com
  insecure=very
  nat=yes
  qualify=yes
  secret=*******
  type=peer
  trustrpid=yes
  sendrpid=yes

 **Incoming Settings:**
    context=from-pstn
    host=in1.miracletel.com
    qualify=yes
    secret=*******
    srvlookup=yes
    type=peer
    trustrpid=yes
    sendrpid=yes

along with I have created 2 extensions, queues, ring group.

Now I need to configure the VOIP Provider for the above sip trunks.

VOIP Provider:
  General Settings
    user name:miracletelxxx
    secret=*******

  Peer Details:
   Type:Peer
   Qualify: yes
   Insecure=very
   host=miracletelxxx:*******@in1.miracletel.com/miracletelxxx
   Dtmfmode:rfc2833
   Context:*from-intneral
   Trustrpid:yes
   Sendrpid:yes
   Canreinvite:no

  in1*CLI>  sip  show registry

     Host dnsmgr Username Refresh State Reg.Time

     in1.miracletel.com:5060   N      miracletelxx       120 Request Sent

I am not able to registry string for the peer details, when a outgoing call is done I will receiving a message "The no you have dialled is not in the service, please check the no"
