Cancel Uploaded binary sent to Apple(Itunes Connect) and load another one before "In review" state!
Is it possibile?

I was looking at this earlier, the button doesn't appear until you are in 'Waiting for review' which took around 12 hours for me.
So I don't think you can I'm afraid.
