Can I produce a commercial application using Visual Studio Express 2010?

I've been reading about the commercial use of Visual Studio Express 2010 and according to the Microsoft Express FAQ:

Can I use Express Editions for commercial use?

Yes, there are no licensing restrictions for applications built using Visual Studio Express Editions.

While I think this is referring to VS2008, not 2010, I haven't seen anything different for 2010. Could anyone confirm that these tools are really free to use? I have the money to spend on a professional package but don't see why I should when the limitations of express don't affect me.

Yes, you can. With VS2008 or VS2010.
