I have a need to animate some text and don't have the time to come up with polished animation routines. I need some quality algorithms that provide source, because I will need to implement on multiple platforms. An example of what I'm looking for is the following Flash authoring product, but with source code, and preferably in C/C++, Java, or C#. http://www.flasheff.com/
I don't mind if it's commercial and costs money, but I won't argue with free either if it's quality. I've tried searching and so far I find nothing but poorly implemented web scripted text animation.
