Judging from your video you want to develop a similar application.
First of all I'm not entirely sure that the video is real. In other words I think the video is a fake since a) when he drops the ball to the big monitor the ball just keeps rolling without the monitor to be moved or anything and b) have you ever seen a monitor with an accelerometer? I haven't and I doubt that any vendor is going to build such a monitor as it is not expected to have a moving monitor.
Now assuming that the video is real which I doubt then it might be a simple network application. Each client knows the position of the ball on the device. If the ball reaches a certain edge of the screen it is spawned on the other screens top right position and so on and so on. Whereas it is deleted on the screen where it was dropped off.
Maybe on the devices without an accelerometer the application just simulates a incline so the ball gets dropped of it's screen; I'm not sure tho.
