IPhone: Prepare for App Submission - Access Denied?

Hi, this question is for iOS Members ($99 a year plan),

I was just wanting to look up the documentation on "Prepare for App Submission" in the following link: (after you login) http://developer.apple.com/appstore/resources/submission/

but it gives me an 'access denied' message. does it do the same for you or is it just me?

The same thing happens for me. I don't remember having this issue previously. Looks like it is not just you.

The reason this didn't work is because you need to read the "new developer agreement" from the main developer.apple.com inside ios. blah.
