windows security event schema

Question

I would like a list of possible security events published by windows (all versions 2000+) to the event log.

E.g., I want to know:

Event ID: 512 (0x0200)
Type: Success Audit
Description: Windows NT is starting up.


For every event.

I also need it in a parseable (csv, json, xml) format.

eventschema.xml from Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007 sounds like it would be nice, but I find it hard to believe I have to download this piece of software just to get such a file. Dear lazyweb: is this information anywhere on the internet?
